As our services involve personalized work, payments are generally non-refundable once work on the purchased service has commenced or the service has been delivered, except where required by applicable UAE law or where Elite HR Consultancy is unable to provide the purchased service. Any revisions, consultations, follow-up support, or other deliverables are limited to what is stated in the service description at the time of purchase.

Purchasing a career service from Elite HR Consultancy does not provide preferential consideration, guaranteed shortlisting, or priority for vacancies managed by our recruitment division.
